A free service which provides visual arts information on programs, services, and other arts-related issues, as well as referrals to organizations at the national, regional, state and local levels. The Hotline does not provide advice, but provides information on topics from health insurance, grants, fellowships and emergency funding to proposal writing, international opportunities and public art opportunities.
The Hotline is operated by the New York Foundation for the Arts. Artists can speak with Hotline staff Monday through Friday, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
